Deep in colour, the 2019 Mas de Subirà has aromas of fresh apples, raisins, vanilla with crushed raspberries and strawberry smoothie. More raspberry jam and vanilla flavours show on the palate. It is medium bodied with fine grained tannins, linear with a long cherry finish. Tasted as a barrel sample, it was matured for 12 months in 300-litre French oak.
