The 2021 Meldville Pinot Gris has a rich profile of ripe red apple, melon, honey and flowers with an appealing twist of grapefruit on the finish. Six months of lees contact in mature French oak barrel has resulted in a satisfying, mouth filing texture while the fresh acidity is the perfect counterpoint to the fruit. Ready to enjoy with or without a meal. 3 barrels produced. 2023-2024.–LW
