Made in a Charmat method to better retain the grape’s signature flavours. A pale platinum-yellow appearance here. The nose shows medium-intensity, savoury aromas of aloe, chives, musk, wax, fresh camomile tea/herbs, yellow gooseberry, white currant and papaya. On the palate, it is near-dry, has a medium-minus acidity, low-key foamy mousse, medium-minus extract, soft texture, medium-minus body and elements of pear, herbs and papaya and hints of red and white currants unfolding towards a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
