Domaine Ampeau, Medium gold hue. Complex, savoury nose of bacon fat, buttered popcorn, red apple, Amalfi lemon, orange zest, passionfruit, melon and banana. This is a big, hefty number, with layer upon layer of flavour and plenty of concentration – although it is ripe for the drinking.
