Medium gold hue. Instantly clean and fresh, with aromas of candle wax, clove, cinnamon, peach, apricot, orange zest, bacon fat and honey. This is still absolutely singing on the palate. There is a layer of gorgeous citrus fruit including orange, grapefruit and lemon, then stone fruit plus melon, apple and apricot, and finally oak notes of char, bacon fat and wood smoke.
