Pinot Noir

Deep in colour with ripe fruit red apple aromas, this is a medium- to full-bodied Pinot. It has a supple mid palate with good structure and a firm acidity conferring the potential for cellaring. Grapes came from selected plots in the Côte de Nuits, Mercurey, Rully, Aloxe-Corton and Brochon with an average vine age of 49 years. Most of the wine was fermented in stainless steel with the 10% Aloxe-Corton component matured in one- to two year-old-oak barrels.
