Water white hue. Herbaceous nose showing Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and sage, supported by relatively strong classic notes of juniper and citrus peel. The palate is very smooth and more floral, with delicious flavours of bark, lemon peel, orange skin oil and fennel. Very enjoyable with tonic, and punchy enough to be used in cocktails. HM
