A deliciously oaky white with toast and vanilla cream combined with pineapple on the nose. It is medium-bodied with a harmonious balance between fruit and oak and lingering flavours. Produced from Chardonnay grown on the family vineyard in the foothills of the Sierra de Miramar Mountains planted 21 years ago. It was fermented in new French oak barrels of diverse origins from the Nevers, Tronçais and Allier forests.
