From 26-year-old vines, 10% Sauvignon. With a light-yellow appearance, it is still very young, showing fermentative aromas followed by a medium-intensity notes of thistle, lemon and oatmeal; it’s a little sharp on the nose now. On the palate, it is dry and offers a medium acidity, a medium extract, a soft texture and a medium body, with matching length and intensity with flavours of citrus, oatmeal, aloe, lees and thistle, closing with a medium finish. 2024-2026–IR
