Bodegas Concavins (Clos Montblanc)

Trepat is an indigenous variety from the Conca de Barberà region where it was traditionally used for rosé wines. More recently it has shown its potential for producing light reds. Bodegas Concavins have a single vineyard of 1.5 hectares of Trepat vines planted over 50 years ago at 400 metres. The 2016 has appealing aromas of coconut and red berries, raspberries, woody with a hint of mint. It is light in structure with herbal flavours, strawberry and mint.
