A light- to medium-bodied red produced from Negroamaro – one of Puglia’s most important grape varieties, grown exclusively in Salento. As the name suggests, the variety produces dark thick-skinned grapes, and care must be taken not to over extract during winemaking. The 2019 Negroamaro has fruity cherry aromas with red cherries and redcurrant flavours on the palate.
