Considered Piemonte’s king of grapes, in particular in the Langhe hills, Nebbiolo is ethereal in nature and often difficult to describe. Translucent ruby in colour, this wine has an overall savoury nose with undergrowth and woodlands over a berry fruit and orange peel background. This is a medium-bodied wine with a relatively light mid palate. The acidity gives structure with persistent red berry flavours.
