Victoria Favorite Selection Chardonnay IGP Pays d'Oc
An oaky Chardonnay where the oak is nicely integrated with the wine’s fruit flavours. Victoria Chardonnay has aromas of lemon meringue and cooked lemons. It is soft and supple on the palate with fresh fruit flavours and a long crisp finish. Produced from Vicky’s selection of Chardonnay grapes from the eight hectares planted on the estate, half the wine was fermented in tank, half fermented and matured with oak.
Vignobles Canet Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Special Oak Reserve IGP Pays d'Oc
Distinctly oaky with mellow woody and seasoned oak aromas, the 2018 Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon - Oak Reserve is medium bodied with more fruits on the palate, tart raspberries and plums with fresh berry flavours which are nicely balanced with a grainy texture. It is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from vineyards in the Minervois, Cabardès and Limoux.
Château Canet AOP Minervois Rouge
An immediate hit in the line-up – Floris’ 2018 Minervois has intense aromas of crushed blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries. It is soft and supple on the palate with a silky texture. Medium bodied with fresh red and dark fruit flavours and classy ripe tannins. A blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache, grapes were harvested at night and underwent a cold soak. 15% of the blend was matured in oak, conferring depth and complexity without heavy oak characters.
