Medium gold hue. Exciting nose showing development but no signs of tiredness, with aromas of toasted hazelnuts, caramelized apple, honey and wax. The moderately rich palate has a good fruity weight to it (yellow plums and baked apple), and the acidity will keep this going for the next five years or so. Nice saline finish. 2026-2032 – HM
