The 2019 Pearl Morissette Le Feu is a great example of how well Niagara does with Cabernet Franc. Its deep ruby hue reveals a bouquet of smoky plum and black cherry aromas intermingled with a slight herbal lift. The palate is ripe with flavours of black cherry, plum, blackcurrant and mint. The fruit is framed by refreshing acidity and velvety well-integrated tannin.
