From Margaux district, one of top names in all of Bordeaux and one famed for its elegant wines and the oldest vines of the estate. The winemakers leaned into the delicacy, elegance and pure fruit expression by, unusually, using only amphora to vinify and age the wine. It has a deep ruby, opaque color and medium-intensity aromas of lees, tar, chives and onion tart, red and black plum reduction. The palate is dry with a soft acidity, a medium extract, medium-minus fine-textured tannins, a medium body and delicate fruit replays of the aromas – red and black plum, tar, lees, chives – flowing towards a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
