Pale lemon hue. Fresh nose of ripe grapefruit and yellow apples, with supporting herbaceousness. The medium body and dry nature are ripe in its fruit with cantaloupe, melon and peach broadening the palate. The Pinch has undergone fermentation in a combination of stainless steel, French oak and Terracotta clay pots. The smooth and creamy finish make the wine a nice crowd-pleaser for drinking within the next three to five years. 2026-2030 – HM
