A youthful yet complex wine with ripe berry fruits and chocolate aromas. It is medium-bodied with elegant, classy fruit and a red cherry finish. Pagos del Moncayo Bodega is in Campo de Borja in north-central Spain, southeast of Rioja and south of the river Ebro as it continues its journey towards the Mediterranean. Produced from Garnacha and Syrah grapes from the Aibar family’s vineyards at 350-400 metres. Grapes were picked by hand and crushed by foot in open vats.
