An intensely concentrated wine with fresh blackcurrant and smoke aromas. It is well balanced and smooth with a fine texture. Produced from a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon with 40% Syrah, grapes were organically grown on 25-year-old vines on stony lime and clay soils. 50% of the wine was matured in two-year-old French oak barrels, 50% in tank.
