A delicious wine with lots of toasty oak and vanilla character complemented by cooked black fruits, blueberries and patisserie aromas. It is medium bodied with a soft smooth palate. Smoky black fruit flavours emerge in the mouth, leading to quite a firm finish. It is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc and spent eight months in new French oak barrels.
