Cherry fruits, cherry menthol, vanilla with a touch of soot combine with green-leaf aromas. It has a fine silky texture and is elegant in structure with quite a light mid palate. Mellow flavours of red cherries and vanilla oak are flavoursome and lead to a lingering bitter cherry character. Réserve d’Excellence is a cuvée made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from selected plots. The grapes to macerate on skins for an extended period. The wine was matured in barrel for up to 16 months.
