A crisp rosé, salmon in colour with fresh fruit aromas, made from Negroamaro grapes picked in late September and left to macerate on skins for 12-14 hours, then fermented at 14-15°C. Flavours of apples and pears are complemented by an acidulated character on the palate, creating a refreshing rosé wine.
