The Scantianum Rosato is a blend of Sangiovese and native Tuscan grape Ciliegiolo. After just a few hours of skin maceration, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel resulting in a pale pink-hued rosé wine. A mix of ripe and candied red berry aromas with faint earthy undertones. On the palate, the wine is lithe and rounded, with juicy fruit flavours and a soft finish.
