The 2022 Sainte Croix Rosé is a cheerful blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Syrah. A graceful nose of lavender, strawberry and talc amplifies into flavours of cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Medium bodied, unoaked with a crisp dry finish, this peach-coloured wine is a delicious accompaniment to a meal of honey-baked ham with scalloped potatoes dressed in goat cheese and herbes de Provence. 2023-2024–LW
