A blend of 44% Cinsaut (previously known as Hermitage in South Africa) and 56% Shiraz. Located at 200 meters above sea level, the Cinsault vineyards were planted to bush vine in 1976 while the Shiraz vines were trellised in 2001. Fifteen months of aging in 500-litre French oak casks (50% new) adds a spicy warmth to this full-bodied wine’s juicy concentrated fruit. 2023-2026 – LW
