SAPIO - DRY GIN FRANÇAIS, ORGANIC

This has a water-white appearance. There is a medium-plus intensity range of juniper/evergreens, Asian pear, hint of lychee, oil, vanilla, dried fennel seed with a touch of bay leaf. The palate has a soft entry but warms half way through, a light-plus body and nice presence and persistence of juniper, dried fennel seed, fusil oils, vanilla and Asian pear and a warm medium juniper-and-lychee finish. SAPIO - VODKA, ORGANIC

Made from organic European wheat. A water-white appearance. On the nose it is clean, with hints of vanilla, Asian pear, mellow and round. Soft upon entry but with an early edge, light to medium in weight with spicy, Asian pear, melon and vanilla notes and hot medium finish with the palate flavours’ overtones. IR

SAPIO RHUM, ORGANIC

Made from organic Paraguayan molasses. Water-white in the glass. The nose shows lifted and exotic light-to-medium intensity notes of quince preserve, golden raisins, feijoa, light molasses and taffy. Light-plus bodied with a soft entry, it warms and builds slowly on the palate echoing aromas - molasses, quince and fejoa, closing with a medium warm-to-hot finish of exotic fruit and molasses. IR
