Recioto is an ancient, winemaking style from Valpolicella. The grapes are dried in special lofts after harvest, causing them to desiccate thus concentrating their flavours and sugar content. These dessert wines are rich, concentrated, and lusciously sweet. Scriani has crafted a lovely 2021 vintage with vibrant dark fruit interlaced with dried floral notes and layers of spice.
