Spanish Palate

Nicola Thornton was an English student who went to Spain on an exchange year for her studies but loved it so much she never went home. She fell in love with the people, the culture, the food and of course the wines. After years of working with Toro wines, she set up Spanish Palate in 2016 to help grape growers and smaller producers reach their potential. She makes her own wine from amazing vineyards all across Spain in addition to giving a voice to small independent wineries which produce wines which express their own unique and regional character. Spanish Palate is a collection of wines from small, independently owned wineries that want to show their wines to the world. Each display unique, regional character and have a wonderful sense of place. The wines are wines with soul, wines with art, wines that stir up emotions.
