Made from a range of grapes inter-planted in the vineyard, as was common in the past, harvested and vinified together. The wine shows a black-purple, opaque color and medium-intensity aromas of tar, broiled custard, onion jam, marigolds, mulberry and blue plum jams. It is dry, has a soft acidity, a light-plus extract, light fine textured powdery tannins but overall a medium-body impression with flavours of plum, flowers, hard candy and torched custard with a medium finish. 2025-2026–IR
