Renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella has been consulting with the Muratoris to produce their award-winning wines since 2000. The family considers this collaboration “a new path” for the winery. The Chardonnay grapes of the Miolo Brut Franciacorta have been grown on clay soil allowing for optimal flavour through slow maturation. A bouquet of bread dough, toasted almonds and apple leads the way for the flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and baked goods, ending in a satisfying length with a pleasant off-dry finish. 2023-2026–LW
