A 40:40:20 blend from grapes that have been dried for 20 days. A deep garnet ruby robe here. The nose leads with a medium-intensity set of red licorice and chicory root, dried marigolds, dried fig, honey/propolis and dried mushrooms. The dry palate follows with a medium-plus acidity, a medium extract, medium-minus medium-textured tannins, a medium body, medium-plus length and intensity of dried marigolds, dried red ripe cherries, dried fig, honey/propolis and dried mushrooms, closing with a medium-plus finish. 2025-2027–IR
