Blanc de Blancs de la Jasse IGP Pays d'Oc
A refreshing wine with fresh apple, blossom and floral aromas. Lemon and other citrus shine on the palate leading to a crisp finish. Bruno, originally from the Loire, has been blending Chardonnay and Viognier for 20 years, enjoying citrus and apricot aromas in Viognier complemented with the structure from Chardonnay. Vermentino has been included in the blend in 2021 for the first time due to the spring frost in April 2021, which reduced yields.

Coeur de Cuvée Rose de la Jasse IGP Pays d'Oc
A weighty rosé, it has presence on the palate. It is a pale salmon pink, with floral and leafy aromas. Syrah, Grenache and Merlot grapes were picked and immediately underwent a gentle and slow pressing, then were fermented at cool temperature.

Vieilles Vignes de la Jasse IGP Pays d'Oc
Another high-scoring wine, it has intense aromas of sweet ripe black fruits, spices and pâtisserie. It is round and smooth on the palate with lingering flavours of wood, spices and black fruits. Vieilles Vignes is the heart of Domaine de la Jasse production, made to reflect Cabernet Sauvignon grown on limestone soils. Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with 10% Merlot.
