A wine with savoury, spicy and floral notes of peony and lavender. It has more jammy flavours on the palate which is medium-bodied with a long, earthy finish and some grippy tannins. Produced from 51% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 9% Mourvèdre all grown in Swartland – a hot, dry region north of Cape Town on the northern side of Paardeberg mountain.
