An intensely flavoured Pinot is full of personality. This wine puts many more expensive Pinots and classic Burgundies to shame! Aromas of wild strawberries and undergrowth lead to a palate with complex fruit and savoury flavours. After a three-day maceration in open-top fermenters, fermentation began spontaneously and a gentle délestage program was carried out. The wine was matured in a combination of 50% used French oak barrels and 50% “breathable eggs.”
