Deep and vibrant pink in colour, Torre del Gall was produced from 80% Trepat – a local black grape variety - with 20% Garnacha. It has floral aromas mixed with strawberries and redcurrants. More fruits come through on the palate with a full and foaming mousse. The Torre del Gall (“Cockerel Tower”) winery was designed by Catalan architect Oscar Tusquets and has a lake on the roof to maintain a cool and constant ambient temperature within.
