Tres cuestas means “three slopes” in English, referring to Translanzas’ hillside vineyards which increase sun exposure on the Tempranillo vines. The 2023 has an appealing sweet-fruited character, well balanced by lively acidity and a moderately firm structure. The oak is discreet here, bringing subtle notes of cedar and supporting, without overpowering, the palate. 2025-2030–JB
