Vendimia refers to the grape harvest in Spain. This offering from new Opimian winery, Tresmano, is a testament to the warm, dry 2020 growing season. These optimal conditions allowed grapes to hang on the vines into October. The resulting wine is beautifully ripe with complex perfumed aromatics and a dense palate lifted by vibrant acidity. High, chalky tannins frame the finish nicely. 2025-2035.–JB
