Counting down the days for the ban to be lifted, hoping the business would survive, they couldn’t wait to introduce their prohibition-born Tronk Voël, meaning “jailbird” in Afrikaans.

It has nice, elegant mandarin and orange characters: these are fresh and not overpowering in any way. The same flavours continue on the palate with an elegant, clean finish and long mandarin flavour.
