Chateau Canet La Chapelle AOP Minervois Cuvee Grenache
A blend of 90% 70-year-old Grenache that comes from Château Canet’s oldest vineyard, La Chapelle, and 10% Syrah. This wine is starting to evolve with notes of raspberry, red currant and leather beginning on the nose and pulling through the finish. Fine resolved tannin and fresh acidity balance the fruit and provide structure to the core. 2023-2025–LW

Château Canet Les Evangiles AOP Minervois Cuvee Syrah
Made with 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache from Canet’s low-yielding Les Evangiles vineyard. Half of the grapes for this weighty Minervois are fermented with carbonic maceration to accentuate the wine’s fruit. The other half proceeds through a traditional red wine fermentation after a week of cold maceration to draw additional colour, aroma and flavour from the skins. For those who appreciate the polish and opulence of a well-made Napa Cabernet, this is a wine to try. 2025-2035–LW

Château Canet Les Evangiles AOP Minervois Cuvee Syrah
The Château Canet Les Evangiles was not produced in 2021 due to frost; however, based on popular demand, we have secured an allocation of the previously offered 2019 and 2020 vintages. The bouquet of the 2019 offers the scent of fresh and dried black fruit intertwined with nuances of leather, vanilla and oak spice. Similar flavours carry through the body where they are met by a note of herb and supported by firm tannins. 2025-2036–LW
