A water-white pour. On the nose you get medium-intensity star anise, juniper, floral, an almost vanilla-like toffee note and essential oils from orange peel. With a soft, slightly sweet attack on the palate, it shows a light to medium weight, a medium length, a warm midway and subtle notes of star anise, peel oils and a medium warm finish.–IR

A water-white in the glass, it has medium-intensity aromas and leads with orange peel oils and implied sweetness. The palate follows with a soft attack with the sweetness building slowly and is mid weight in size. The warmth build is delayed but there; it has a nice length, a glycerol-like presence and a warm, orange peel-infused finish.–IR
Main botanicals: Cardamom, orris root, thyme, roast hazelnuts, honey, lemon
A water-white in appearance. The medium-intensity nose features clove and nutmeg notes upfront, then orange peel sweetness and oiliness in the background. The palate opens softly, is dry, medium-plus in weight and a glycerol-like presence with a nice length and notes of wood spice, star anise and hints of orange peel. The subtle spice and alcohol combine into a sharp warmth towards the finish. Not overtly spicy-hot early – just with added
flavours of spices – although the spice heat spikes up in the end.–IR

almonds, mace, orange peel, sage
