Valdubón Diez is the vision of a group of ten individuals representing facets across the wine industry: winemaking, journalism, retail and fine dining. Their goal was to create a blend that displayed depth of flavour, judicious oak and well-structured but approachable tannin. In its 12th incarnation, this special wine is a blend of 75% 2018 and 15% 2019 vintages. It offers a deep ruby hue with spicy, cherry and herbal aromas. The palate is packed with flavours of cherry, plum, red currant and herb while 17 months in French oak adds an element of baking spice. 2023–2029–LW
