Rueda, one of Spain’s top regions for white wine, is located west of Ribara del Duero and the winery at Milagros. Valdubón 2018 Verdejo is refreshing with fresh lime, gooseberry and quince flavours. It is a blend of Verdejo with 15% Viura. Grapes were picked at night, destalked and left to macerate on skins for five to eight hours. The free-run juice was then fermented at low temperature with the wine matured on its fine lees for two months.
