Black cherries, menthol with a touch of oregano – this is quite New World in style and reflects the hot dry climate. It is medium bodied and mellow with appealing black fruits and a tangy acidity. Matured for six months in oak barrels – the oak is less dominant than in Solemnis. The 1500ml single bottle (lot 2644) will be delivered in a wood case and signed by the winemaker.
