Floral, tea rose aromas and fresh green leaf combine with a hint of creosote, adding complexity. This is a supple light wine. Sweet fruits initially are followed by a grippy finish. Mencía grapes were picked by hand into 15-kilogram cases and underwent cold maceration for 48 hours before fermentation. 2020 saw one of the earliest harvests of recent years, picked in the second week of September. Mencía was grown on granite soils from plots in Galir and Bibei valleys.
