Vieilles Vignes de la Jasse IGP Pays d'Oc, 2019

Grape Variety

Cabernet Sauvignon

Producer

Sarl BLB Vignobles

The vineyards of Domaine de la Jasse are planted in the foothills of the Cévennes Mountains between 150200 metres altitude. The altitude and proximity of the mountains means that during the warm summer months, cool nights allow Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to ripen slowly and develop fresh intense flavours and tannins. The 2019 Vieilles Vignes has herbal and green leaf aromas over a black cherry background. The palate is silky with succulent black cherry fruits, treacle and bitter chocolate flavours. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Merlot.
