This is a ripe rosé, bright crimson in colour (almost light red rather than pink) and brimming with red fruit flavours. Montepulciano grapes were left to soak on skins for several hours then the juice fermented at low temperature. Soft red fruit flavours are complemented by a crisp acidity.
