The Muratori family considers the Cisiolo their most challenging wine – Franciacorta made from 100% Pinot Noir with no dosage. While zero dosage sparkling wines are currently enjoying the limelight, the winery has been producing this style from their first harvest. The firm acidity of this wine gives ample structure to its core while flavours of cranberry, strawberry and thyme mirror those of the bouquet. 2023–2025–LW
