Just occasionally a wine stops us in our tracks and transcends expectations of a region or a grape. This is such a wine for me. Not for its power or concentration. In fact, quite the opposite - it is its precision, delicacy and finesse that are its calling cards. Beautifully scented, with notes of ripe citrus and herbs, the flavours on the palate are understated but incredibly persistent. Stunning wine, more reminiscent of top class, dry Mosel Riesling than most Etna whites. 2026-2028-RB
