A tantalizingly tasty Sauvignon with aromas of lime, elderflower and flint. On the palate fresh lime and tropical fruit flavours shine through and continue to linger on the finish, enhanced by its crisp acidity. Grapes were picked in the early morning hours, crushed and left for several hours on skins. The pressed juice was then fermented at low temperature to capture all its fruit character.
