Wine & Co. was created in 1999 by Marc Perrin from Château Beaucastel. In 2002 the company was purchased by the Bernard family and LVMH. Wine & Co., at its origins, sold wines from all horizons to consumers in Europe. In 2015, the Cayard family acquired Wine & Co. and gave a new impulse to the organization, adding a traditional négociant component to the company.
